Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at +91-8356976167 or email contact@shopatroohi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can only accept cancellation requests before the merchandise is dispatched, which is before 1700 IST for domestic orders. You will receive a full refund via online payment. Please note that the refund will be processed within 7 days of the request for domestic orders and 15 days of the request for international orders, subject to the issuing bank's policy.

Exchange/Return:
We don't accept returns, but we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange the item for another size of the same product or any other item from our website. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the order by calling +91-8356976167 or emailing contact@shopatroohi.com. Please do not send an item back until you have verified with us. All returned items are examined for defects/variations, so please report any issues that you have encountered. If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please return the item unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging and tags. Please write the return/exchange authorization number clearly on the parcel.

Note that courier charges will not be refunded for any exchange or returns. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products. Please allow one to three weeks for us to process your request.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
