Apparel & Accessories
Applicable Condition - Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the product is unused. Exchanges are only allowed for size issues.
Action - Returns accepted within 15 days. Size exchanges are allowed.

Missing Items
Applicable Condition - Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery. A video of the unboxing and clear images of all received items are required for claim processing.
Action- Contact us within 48 hours with the necessary video and images to process the claim.

Damaged Products
Applicable Condition -Damage excludes issues related to style/design of the item purchased
Action - Inform us within 24 hours to initiate a return or exchange for damaged products (excluding
style/design issues

Cancellations
Applicable Condition - Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. After dispatch, the courier will attempt delivery three times before returning the merchandise to us.
Action -Cancellations are allowed before shipment. Post-dispatch, we offer exchanges, store credits, or
refunds (for prepaid orders) within 15 working days, minus INR 150 shipping fee.

Shipping Costs for Size Exchanges
Applicable Condition - We cover shipping costs for the first size exchange. For any subsequent exchanges, the customer will bear the reverse pickup and delivery cost, which is INR 200.
Action -The first size exchange is free; subsequent exchanges incur a fee of INR 200.

For Exhibitions
Refunds
Applicable Condition
No refunds are available for purchases made during exhibitions.
Action - No refunds for exhibition purchases.
Kurtas/ Pants /Tops/Sarees

Applicable Condition
Applicable Condition - Returns and exchanges are only allowed during the exhibition and must be unused with intact tags. Exchanges/returns are not available after the exhibition ends.
Action-Returns and exchanges are allowed only during the exhibition and only for size, style, or damage issues.

Damaged Merchandise
Applicable Condition -Report any damaged merchandise to the Customer Support Team within 24 hours of purchase. Damage does not include style/design issues.
Action- Notify us within 24 hours for damaged items (not related to style/design).

Altered Merchandise
Applicable Condition -No exchanges will be made for merchandise altered by the customer.

Reverse Pickup - Shipping Costs
Applicable Condition -If merchandise needs to be picked up or delivered by Roohi Retail Pvt. Ltd., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Action- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for reverse pickup or delivery.
